Is this the same as Gold VIP?

No. Gold VIP is forex and gold (XAUUSD). Options VIP is small-cap stocks and options. You can have both.

Do I need options experience?

No. Options Foundations starts with what an option is and builds up from there.

What broker do I need?

Any stock broker that offers options trading in your country.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time from Billing. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for. Access starts the moment you pay, so all sales are final.
